Prior to a 5 year period in the banking industry, Juli joined Financial Clarity by Design in 1996 but grew up around the insurance and financial services industry.   Financial Clarity by Design is a 50+ year old independent agency founded by her father, Stephen McNeely.  Juli now co-owns/operates the Wisconsin based firm.  Juli specializes in the areas of retirement planning, business continuity and estate planning. 

Juli has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northwestern College in Roseville, MN.  She has earned the Life Underwriters Training Council (LUTCF), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations.   She is professionally affiliated with the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and is a National NAIFA Past President. 

Juli is a qualifying member of MDRT, a member of Top of the Table and a member of WIFS.  In 2011, Juli was the recipient of the NAIFA Wisconsin A. Jack Nussbaum Distinguished Service Award.  In 2013, Juli was named one of the "Top 20 Women You Need to Know" in insurance by LifeHealthPro.  In 2015, Juli was award the WIFS Woman of the Year award. In 2016, Juli released her first book No Necktie Needed with the goal of attracting more women to choose financial services for their career and encouraging the women already in the industry to reach ever greater success. She spends her “spare time” speaking and coaching other advisors and their teams within her consulting practice, Juli McNeely Consulting, LLC.  She also has recently started a new venture with a colleague called Legacy Footprint in an effort to get American consumers more organized financially.

Juli lives in Green Bay, WI and proudly serves Main Street America.
