Biography
For nearly 40 years, Dr. James L. (Jim) Flanagan has provided financial guidance to people at or near retirement.  He has become a nationally recognized expert on issues impacting the financial and social well-being of older adults.  A Certified Estate Planner (CEP) and Master Registered Financial Consultant (MRFC), Jim’s experience, knowledge, and integrity have attracted numerous longtime clients whom he empowers with regular seminars, market updates and other customized insights.  Jim holds a Master of Business Administration from Dominican University, a Master of Arts in Gerontology from the University of Southern California and a PhD in Gerontology and Leadership from Concordia University Chicago.
