Ms. Trisha Nguyen Oanh is a business development professional experienced in building partnerships, opportunities, and connecting people, ideas, and organizations toward shared goals. With a strong interest in business and human development, she combines strategic thinking, creativity, communication, and relationship-building in her work. Throughout her career, Ms. Nguyen has worked across business development, education, and creative projects, focusing on strategic partnerships and growth opportunities. Her extensive experience with Vietnamese universities on international programs gives her a strong understanding of higher education and young professionals entering the workforce.

As a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC®), Ms. Nguyen is committed to advancing professional financial consulting in Vietnam, with a focus on nurturing the next generation of advisors. Her educational background and university networks provide a strong platform for the IARFC Vietnam Chapter to offer RFS® pathways and professional development for finance students. By introducing international standards, financial planning knowledge, and RFC® pathways early, she aims to build a strong pipeline of qualified practitioners ready to contribute to Vietnam’s financial services industry.

As Vice President of the IARFC Vietnam Chapter, Ms. Nguyen supports the development of the Chapter, member engagement, professional networking, and initiatives that contribute to raising the standards and visibility of the RFC® designation in Vietnam. She believes that building a sustainable professional community requires not only developing today's practitioners, but also planting the seeds for tomorrow's generation while they are still in the classroom.
