Ms. Nguyen Sapphire Thi Ngoc Bich
Vietnam Chapter Board SecretaryMs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich has over 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality and tourism services, 3 years as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board, and 6 years in the life insurance and financial services industry. This diverse background gives her a strong foundation in service excellence, executive coordination, and professional financial consulting.
She is a Master Financial Advisor (MFA) and Registered Financial Consultant (RFC, 2024), and has earned IQA Gold Award 2023, Manulife Pro Platinum Level (2023–2024, 2024–2025), MDRT global membership (2022–2023), and MIT STAR 2020, among other honors. As a leader, she has managed a team of 27 associates, including 2 direct managers, with proven strength in recruitment, training, and performance management.
Ms. Nguyen is a member of GAMA Global Association (USA) and founder of the Insurance & Financial Community Platform bif.com.vn, reflecting her commitment to professional and community development. As Secretary of the IARFC® Vietnam Chapter, she supports chapter administration and member engagement, contributing her extensive financial services and leadership experience to advance the Association’s mission in Vietnam.
In her collaboration with the IARFC Vietnam Chapter, Ms. Nguyen actively promotes international best practices in financial consulting, encourages continuous professional development among members, and supports outreach activities to enhance the visibility of the RFC® designation in the Vietnamese market. Her dedication, discipline, and results-oriented mindset make her a valuable asset to the Chapter’s leadership team.
