Pathum Fernando is a training icon who can transform people into achieving and maintaining the true meaning of their lives. He has spent 22 years developing people with his experience and knowledge. He employs all these methodologies in his training programs to achieve maximum effect and create positive changes in the minds of the trainees. He was a well-seasoned corporate trainer, strategist, result driven business leader, people developer, a team player, and a sales trainer covering areas of sales, sales management, customer service, team building, career and professional guidance, sales coaching and other core areas in the management process, also motivational training and outbound adventure training.

He started his career in the insurance industry in 1999. As a financial adviser and came out with a cluster manager with handled the overall agency and Bancassurance channel business volume. And won the foreign tours every year, annual awards winner and NAFLIA awards as a best new business producer. In his career as cluster manager he has developed TOT, COT and MDRT winner in every consisted year.

As a trainer he has more than 15 years’ experience in insurance in insurance sales training, motivational, technical training, soft skills development training and outbound training for sales and permanent staff.
