As the CEO of the IARFC, Leonard is actively putting into practice the goals of the Trustees. He is a communication link between the Trustees, the Chapters, and Headquarters, therefore keeping the Trustees up-to-date on how their plans are working outside of the Board room.

Leonard has over 30 years of experience in financial services, he quickly rose through the ranks of management, holding positions in corporate management, ultimately returning to private practice with 2020 Financial Advisers. 

As CEO with a Trustee position, Leonard will be bringing people together to share the culture of the Association and to foster its dedication to serving members and ultimately their clients. With his admitted passion for leading and growing associations, he has a high degree of commitment to expanding the IARFC.
