Biography

Sandy Schussel is a performance coach who has been coaching and training insurance and financial professionals for 23 years.

He has helped hundreds of advisors get to the top of their game: Top of the Table, top producer in their community, top agency, etc. He has also helped them reduce their hours so they can spend more time with their families while actually increasing their income.

Sandy was a successful but unhappy lawyer who, after his first of three battles with metastatic cancer, began a career in financial services and insurance. He served for 7 years as the National Sales Training Director for First Investors, First Investors Life, and Foresters Financial and spent a year as the Executive Director of Marketing Consulting for the Eastern region at Waddell & Reed. He has held both financial and insurance licenses including Life and Health, and FINRA Series 24, 7, 6, 63, 65, and 66.

In addition to being a regular contributor to ‘ThinkAdvisor” and the “MDRT Blog”, Sandy is a member of the faculty at InsuranceProShop and was a preferred mentor with InsuranceWebX.

Sandy has published 2 books: THE HIGH DIVING BOARD, about overcoming fear, and BECOME A CLIENT MAGNET, about growing your business through better client relationships.
