Lem entered the Financial Services Industry in 1984 as a career agent with the Principal Life Insurance Company.  In 2000 he opened Paladin Financial Services to better meet the needs of his clients.  He joined Money Concepts in 2005. Over the past 20 years, Lem has made more numerous speeches and public appearances on a wide variety of subjects.  He has been published in the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.  He has also served as a co-host of The Live Morning Show on WHIG-TV. Lem has been a member of the IARFC since 2015 and has served on the Financial E-News Publication Advisory Committee.
