Ms. Tracey Nguyen graduated from James Cook University in Singapore in 2020, earning her degree in Finance with a minor in Marketing. During her time at the university, she developed a strong foundation in financial principles while also gaining valuable insights into marketing strategies. This combination of skills equips her with a unique perspective on how financial decisions can be influenced by marketing trends.

Ms. Tracey Nguyen has established a successful career in sales and event management. From June 2013 to November 2014, she was a Sales Leader at Biti's in Ho Chi Minh City, where she cultivated a culture of continuous improvement, empowering employees to tackle challenges. She effectively assigned tasks based on individual strengths and consistently exceeded productivity targets through innovative processes. From January 2015 to July 2017, Tracey served as an Event Staff Member at Da Khuc Company, where she coordinated logistics, secured venues, and managed services to ensure successful events while adhering to company policies.

As a Broker Consultant at FPT Securities Joint Stock Company from October 2020 to June 2023, she developed and optimized financial plans for clients, built a robust client base, and informed transaction strategies through market analysis.

Currently, as a Sales Manager at WISE Asian Academy, Tracey focuses on providing training and promoting the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC). She enhances her team's professional development by equipping them with essential skills aligned with IARFC standards and spearheads outreach efforts to raise awareness and encourage certification. Through her leadership, she is committed to driving the growth and success of her team and the organization.
