Hong Kong and Macau Chapter

The IARFC Chapter for Hong Kong and Macau was established in 2003 in Hong Kong to promote the Registered Financial Consultant (RFC®) and the Registered Financial Associate (RFA®) professional designations and the related education programs. In 2023, the Chapter began offering an advanced designation, the  Master Registered Financial Specialist (MRFS).  Application processing, membership inquiries, and Continuing Education activities are part of the services provided by the Chapter.

Subject 3 – Law and Tax
Subject 4 – Practical Aspects of Financial Consulting and Case Studies

Program graduates who also meet the IARFC requirements for RFC are eligible for the conferment of the RFC professional designation.
 
The next intake of the four-day Certificate in Financial Consulting (Executive Program) is scheduled for:

Day 1 – 23 April 2026 
Day 2 – 24 April 2026 
Day 3 – 29 April 2026
Day 4 – 30 April 2026
