Fatai Makinde is a results-driven Chartered Accountant and accomplished finance executive with over 15 years of cross-sector experience in financial management, strategic planning, tax compliance, and IFRS advisory. He has a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide financial leadership and strategic direction for both private and public sector entities, including high-impact collaborations with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) such as AFREXIM Bank, Bank of Industry (BOI), Bank of Agriculture (BOA), and the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB).

His expertise spans corporate finance, deal structuring, treasury management, risk control, and business transformation. Fatai is adept at spearheading complex financial operations and leveraging technology platforms such as SAP BI, Tally, Power Soft, and Sage Cloud to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance. He has held senior leadership roles across diverse sectors, including oil & gas, transport, IT, mining, and professional services.

Fatai is also a regular contributor to international financial discourse and recently participated in the Islamic Finance Conference in London, reinforcing his global business perspective.
